Here is a shot from the University of Alberta’s Roy Berg Kinsella Research Ranch, about 140 km east of Edmonton. It was June, and the sun was setting as female dairy calves grazed peacefully. It’s a snapshot not just of rural life, but of the emotional intelligence and individuality found within these intelligent creatures, reminding us of our deep bond with the natural world and the significance of cherishing such moments of harmony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
