Reminder! NYTimes.com access requires annual re-registration

Hi everyone, please be aware that there may be an increase in questions about access to NYTimes.com. This is the Library’s institutional subscription to the New York Times site, which requires community members to register with their ualberta.ca emails for access. We set up this subscription just over a year ago, and people’s individual accounts require annual renewal. This means that community members who created an account about a year ago are now finding that they can’t access their accounts.

Please guide community members via the database A-Z list link to renew their accounts. 

Also, it’s transpired that some community members, not knowing about this need to renew their accounts, have assumed that we’ve cancelled NYTimes.com due to the budget reduction. This is not the case. Please clarify with patrons as needed. Thanks!
