The CSU librarians recently reviewed 23 online biographical resources. We used criteria such as annual cost, usage, cost per use, duplication of content, links on LibGuides, and relevance of the content for the University’s curriculum to determine which titles we could cancel. We decided to cancel three databases, including Biography Index: Past & Present, Marquis Biographies Online, and Oxford American National Biography Online. Cancellation dates will be added to these titles on the A-Z Databases list.
