We now have access to Foreign Office Files for Japan, Section I: 1931-1945 from Adam Matthew. This collection makes available extensive coverage of British Foreign Office files dealing with Japan. The first release focuses on Japanese Imperialism and the War in the Pacific, 1931-1945.
