All the way Grids

Grids are the main structure and backbone of my artworks. I see grids as a cell. A cell – a tool that humans created as the reason for existence. Just like our body is made from a single cell that forms an organ and then a body, I see grids that form our exterior world. Whether it is the architecture, geography of a land or even farming practices, it is all grids and it is everywhere. Overwhelmed by this fact and fascinated by its existence I create my works. Each mark on the paper represents my bodily movement, the mistakes and my thought process during the making of it.
